FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer free standard shipping on orders placed within the United Kingdom of £50.00 GBP or more before VAT.


PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Our processing time is 1 – 3 business days, excluding bank holidays.

During special promotions, product launches, holidays, or other peak periods, order processing may take longer than the standard timeframe.

*Deliveries are subject to carrier terms and may vary by region.

Please allow up to 7 additional days for shipments to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, severe weather, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS

We are unable to guarantee modifications, address changes, product changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.


LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES

Oxrange Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.

  • All regions within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man*

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
We also do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. Orders placed using such addresses may be cancelled without notice and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. No exceptions.


RETURNS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Oxrange Ltd accepts returns on regularly priced items for any reason within 30 days of your original delivery date.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. You may return the unused portion of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less original and return shipping fees.

If you received the incorrect item or your item was damaged, please email support@oxrange.com for a replacement.

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at our discretion.


RETURN TIMEFRAME

All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. No exceptions.

Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, minus the original and return shipping costs.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take longer to display the refund. If you do not see it after one full billing cycle, please contact your payment issuer.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@oxrange.com within 7 days of delivery. You will be asked to provide your order number and a clear photo or short video of the item and packaging.

Examples of shipping errors include receiving the wrong product or items damaged during transit.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order. Standard shipping and handling fees will apply to the new order.


CASH ON DELIVERY

We do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD) shipping.
If you are asked to pay additional fees upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact support@oxrange.com immediately.


SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label via email.
Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Package your return securely in the manufacturer’s product box and original packaging (if available). Otherwise, use a sturdy, well-padded box or envelope to prevent damage during transit.


SALE ITEMS

Sale, promotional, or discontinued items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
This includes gift sets, bundles, or any orders that included a free gift.
Eligibility for returns is determined solely at the discretion of Oxrange Ltd.


RETURNED GIFTS

If you received an item as a gift that was marked as such by the purchaser, you may receive a merchandise credit for the value of your return. Gift credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used on our website.


RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY

For health and safety reasons, we do not resell returned products. All returned items (used or unused) are safely disposed of to ensure product integrity.
